Shipping and Handling
Every effort is made to ship your order within 24 hours. Your parcel may be sent form our swiss office, our office in Dubai or our office in Iran depending on the availability of stock in each of them and the distance to your location. International delivery will take 10-14 days. If you have not received the items by this time, please check with your local post office first, as often when they can not deliver the parcel to you at home, they will take it back to the local post office for collection.
To make shopping easier, shipping charges have been subsidised just based on the total weight of all items in your shopping cart as following:

- Damaged or Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure the goods you receive meet our high quality standards. If you do receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact Support@Newhijab.com within 7 days of receipt. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement delivery or refund your purchase price if out of stock.
- Change of Size
First, Please contact Support@Newhijab.com to ensure a replacement size is available and where to send your item/s for exchange of size. All garments must be unworn and in original packaging for return. If an exchange has been authorized, please securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately your shipping and handling charges, on exchange of size items, are your responsibility and payment for return freight will need to be made prior to the replacement being dispatched. New Hijab is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
