Damaged or Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure the goods you receive meet our high quality standards. Change of Size

All garments must be unworn and in original packaging for return. If an exchange has been authorized, please securely package the item/s to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately your shipping and handling charges, on exchange of size items, are your responsibility and payment for return freight will need to be made prior to the replacement being dispatched. New Hijab is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
